Sales Representative (Odoo)

Experience: 6 months–1 year in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Lead Generation, Tele-sales, or similar roles.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential may also apply.

Strong Bangla and English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Comfortable with cold calling and engaging new prospects.

Willing to conduct regular field visits to corporate clients.

Confident in communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.

Basic knowledge of CRM, LinkedIn, and online prospecting tools will be preferred.

Generate B2B leads for Odoo ERP through cold calling, online prospecting, and field visits.

Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers and business contacts.

Understand prospects’ business needs and introduce suitable Odoo solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain prospect engagement.

Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, and business fit.

Arrange meetings and product demos between qualified prospects and Sales Executives.

Update the CRM/lead tracking system with lead, call, visit, follow-up, and meeting records while achieving assigned targets.
