Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within the marketing services industry, ideally with a focus on digital marketing, POS software, or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles (organic and paid traffic, content marketing, etc.) and ability to leverage this knowledge to solve client challenges.
- Excellent client communication: Strong listening skills, the ability to articulate solutions clearly, and provide consultative advice.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize high-value clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Resilience and drive: Ability to work under pressure, meet targets consistently, and demonstrate commitment to achieving results.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

In this pivotal role, you will:
- Drive Sales and Market Expansion: Create and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed ambitious goals, expanding our client base and market reach.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, identifying their core needs and delivering tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring exceptional service and support, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Market Insight and Expertise: Utilize a deep understanding of digital marketing and related services to identify clients' unique pain points, and provide actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within designated markets through effective outreach and networking.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and propose tailored, strategic marketing solutions.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, including C-suite executives, and negotiate favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Contract Closure and Revenue Growth: Close deals, ensuring maximum profitability, while upholding company standards and client satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
