Clearly explain pricing structures, payment plans, booking procedures, and handover timelines.
Negotiate terms and support clients throughout booking and sales closure processes.
Coordinate with internal departments such as legal, accounts, and construction for documentation and approvals.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor activities.
