  • Prepare agendas for monthly sales meetings (both SR and area level) and assess the performance of field teams.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee sales activities to achieve set objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies across the organization.
  • Execute and evaluate product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Gather regular market insights to stay informed about industry trends and provide strategic direction for improving underperforming markets.
  • Motivate team members to achieve assigned goals and provide effective training across all levels.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage inventory efficiently at depots and customer points, and ensure effective credit management to maximize business outcomes.
