PalmPay Bangladesh is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Team Manager/Supervisor to design, implement, and manage nationwide sales training programs.

Position Overview

The role is responsible for ensuring that all sales personnel are equipped with strong product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance awareness, and field execution skills to achieve business targets and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with sales objectives and business goals.
  • Design onboarding programs for new Sales Consultants and continuous development programs for existing staff.
  • Conduct regular classroom and field-based training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Content Development & Improvement

  • Create and update training materials, manuals, SOPs, and digital learning content.
  • Customize training modules based on regional performance gaps and business needs.
  • Incorporate feedback from field teams and sales managers to improve training effectiveness.

Field Training & Performance Support

  • Conduct field visits to observe sales activities and provide hands-on coaching.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and Territory Managers to improve performance.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the training team (if applicable).
  • Set KPIs for trainers and monitor performance.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all training sessions.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
  • Report training outcomes and impact to senior management.

Compliance & Process Alignment

  • Ensure all sales staff are trained on company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
  • Align training programs with SOPs and regulatory standards.
