Responsibilities & Context
- Sell and dispense a wide range of medicines available at the pharmacy.
- Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to customers.
- Arrange medicines systematically according to their categories and maintain accurate sales records.
- Serve customers and dispense medicines strictly in accordance with valid prescriptions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of medicines from different pharmaceutical companies.
- Regularly monitor medicine expiry dates to ensure expired products are not kept for sale.
- Prevent the sale or distribution of expired medicines under any circumstances.
- Maintain positive customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and respond effectively to their needs.
- Conduct regular stock checks and keep inventory statements updated.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized pharmacy environment.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
