Experience & Professional Knowledge

✔ Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Executive, or similar role.

✔ Strong understanding of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) practices.

✔ Good knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, search intent, and AI-driven search behavior.

✔ Hands-on experience with leading SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

✔ Familiarity with AI content optimization, structured data, and Schema Markup to improve search visibility and content understanding.

✔ Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website structure, and technical SEO fundamentals.

Analytical & Content Skills

✔ Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify SEO opportunities and performance issues.

✔ Experience in content marketing and intent-based content strategy, including creating or optimizing content based on user search intent.

✔ Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS) for managing and optimizing website content.

✔ Ability to stay updated with SEO trends, search algorithm changes, AI-powered search developments, AEO practices, and emerging GEO strategies.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Develop and implement effective SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website visibility across search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered platforms.

✔ Conduct comprehensive keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.

✔ Optimize website content, landing pages, service pages, product pages, and blog articles for search engines and AI-driven answer platforms.

✔ Perform on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO activities to improve search rankings, website performance, crawlability, and overall organic visibility.

✔ Structure and optimize content to increase visibility in featured snippets, AI-generated search results, voice search, and conversational search queries.

✔ Optimize content for long-tail keywords, question-based searches, conversational queries, and user-focused search intent.

✔ Develop content structures that help AI tools and search platforms better understand, retrieve, and present website information.

✔ Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO/website analytics tools.

✔ Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, user engagement, backlinks, technical issues, and other key SEO performance indicators.

✔ Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building and digital outreach strategies to strengthen domain authority.

✔ Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and coordinate with relevant teams to implement effective improvements.

✔ Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, AI search developments, AEO trends, GEO strategies, and emerging search technologies.

✔ Continuously test and improve SEO and AI-search optimization strategies based on performance data, industry trends, and changing search behavior.
