Preferred age range: 30–45 years.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security management, law enforcement, or military service, with a solid foundation in security principles and best practices.
Strong working knowledge of security technologies and tools, including incident management systems, access control solutions, and CCTV surveillance.
Proven capability to design, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and programs.
Good understanding of Indian security and safety laws, regulations, and relevant industry standards.
Extensive experience conducting large-scale security assessments, audits, and investigations.
Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse security workforce.
High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction across all organizational levels.
Strong integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information, along with physical fitness and the ability to respond effectively during emergencies.
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect personnel, assets, facilities, and information.
Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities; investigate incidents and breaches.
Lead, recruit, train, and manage security personnel, including performance evaluation and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business operations and projects.
Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and inspections to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and test emergency response and crisis management plans.
Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and other security technologies.
Investigate security incidents and violations, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as law enforcement and security vendors.
Promote security awareness through employee training, communication, and engagement initiatives.
Stay current on security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to enhance the security program.
