Additional Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a security officer in any organization.
Preference for candidates with prior experience in educational institutions.
Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) from the Armed Forces will be given high priority.
Knowledgeable in security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Excellent observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Physically fit, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
Supervise and manage all security staff and daily security operations.
Conduct regular inspections of security arrangements during and beyond duty hours.
Ensure all security personnel are present and on duty at their designated posts.
Plan and organize duty shifts and rosters according to operational requirements.
Conduct security training sessions in accordance with organizational policies.
Monitor employee entry and exit, ensuring proper security checks are conducted.
Authorize and control the passage of goods through gates.
Supervise the movement of outsiders and laborers, preventing unauthorized access.
Maintain accurate logs for employees, suppliers, visitors, foreign delegates, and vehicles.
Keep precise records including logbooks, digital files, daily shift logs, and incident reports.
Prepare daily and weekly security reports and duty schedules for management.
Patrol premises to check doors, windows, and gates, preventing security breaches.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as fire, labor unrest, or accidents.
Ensure proper documentation of all security activities and compliance records.
Maintain effective communication with faculty, administration, and other relevant departments.
