We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer – Team Lead to architect, build, and scale production-grade artificial intelligence systems while leading and mentoring a high-performing engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the AI lifecycle—from problem definition and system design to model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization in live environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable, and measurable AI solutions. This role suits a technically strong leader with a proven track record of delivering robust AI systems to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, setting high standards for code quality, ownership, and collaboration.

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions that address real-world business challenges at scale.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to convert requirements into practical, maintainable ML systems.

• Own the full machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Build and maintain scalable pipelines for model training, inference, monitoring, and retraining.

• Establish and promote best practices for model performance, reliability, interpretability, and responsible AI usage.

• Work closely with platform and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of ML services into production systems.

• Review code, improve engineering processes, and enhance development and deployment workflows.

• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and evaluate new tools, techniques, and approaches for adoption.
