  • Bachelor/Honors, of Architecture (B.Arch)/Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from BUET (Preferred)/ UGC Approved University.

  • Full Member of IAB, Must Be RAJUK enlisted.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with high-rise building projects, landscaping, architectural drafting and design, and master planning.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Expertise in strategic planning.
  • Competence in project management.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on experience in relevant fields is required. Must be proficient in computer applications and capable of independently generating various analytical reports and documents.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced candidate for the Senior Architect position, who will work on both interior and exterior solutions.

  • Responsible for overseeing project and construction activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring effective coordination.
  • Gather client requirements to understand their needs and develop feasibility studies and design proposals.
  • Create design concepts that align with client requirements, building functions, and environmental considerations, in compliance with RAJUK policies and Cantonment Board regulations.
  • Adhere to budgets and timelines, ensuring all work meets specific standards, including BNBC Code 2020 guidelines and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients and the head office team, as well as collaborate with structural, survey, MEP, and other consultants, making necessary adjustments to drawings.
  • Participate in field reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings, coordinating schedule evaluations.
  • Provide support and coordination with project engineers and relevant personnel. Manage drawings and implement instructions or changes on-site.
