Additional Requirements

Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of NFPA standards (13, 14, 20, 72, 101) and BNBC PART 4 regulations.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Hydraulic Calculations for fire detection and protection systems.
Certifications: NFPA Training Certification is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the fire detection and protection system field.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving organizational objectives.
Pressure Handling: Strong ability to perform efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

System Design & Documentation: Design fire protection systems including Fire Sprinkler, Standpipe, Suppression, Fire Alarm & Detection Systems, and Passive Fire Protection Systems. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and estimations accurately.
Site Operations: Conduct site visits to assess requirements, plan projects, and oversee execution.
Project Management: Manage and monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Team Leadership: Build, coordinate, and guide teams to achieve project goals effectively.
Client & Consultant Liaison: Maintain strong communication with clients and consultants, addressing concerns and providing updates as needed.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality control measures, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.
Audit Compliance: Prepare documentation and face audits as required, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
