Technical Skills:

Language Skills: Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)

Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data models to support strategic and operational decisions
Analyse commercial real estate data, including tenants, leases, rent payments, and related metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and business indicators for reporting and visualization
Translate business requirements into analytical and technical specifications
Document analytical workflows, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality
Support automation and streamlining of reporting processes
