  • 1+ year of experience in an outbound call center role.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience with ACA, FE, or Medicare campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work night shifts and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage outbound calls for ACA, Final Expense, and Medicare campaigns.
  • Meet daily call targets and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Lead and mentor junior agents to optimize performance.
  • Maintain strong communication and customer service standards.
