• Bond Operations Management: Oversee and supervise all bond-related activities, including banking coordination, in-bond and ex-bond procedures, bond license audits, Utilization Declaration (UD), and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Incentive Operations Management: Manage and supervise all incentive-related activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Board of Investment & Textile Directorate: Coordinate with and supervise activities involving the Board of Investment and the Textile Directorate.
• Commercial Operations: Oversee all commercial operations, including managing Letters of Credit (LC), export documentation, and import clearances, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
• Shipment Coordination: Ensure timely shipment processes and deliveries, working closely with relevant teams to meet buyer expectations.
• Liaison Between Internal and External Stakeholders: Act as the key liaison between buyers and internal departments (production, finance, compliance) to streamline communication and resolve issues.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with buyers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Contract Negotiations: Negotiate terms of LC, purchase contracts, sales contracts, and BTB LCs with both buyers and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Production and Shipment Monitoring: Monitor production schedules, lead times, and shipment timelines to ensure alignment with buyer requirements and expectations.
• Cost Optimization: Manage cost optimization efforts related to logistics, import duties, and procurement, seeking opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Analyze commercial risks related to export and import operations, developing effective strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance with Legal and Buyer Standards: Ensure that all export-import documentation adheres to legal requirements and meets buyer standards.
• Reporting and Performance Tracking: Prepare periodic reports on commercial operations, shipments, and risk assessments, providing management with insights for decision-making.
