Requirements

Education


  • Masters, MBA in HRM, Operations Management or MIS from any reputed public/private university. Post Graduate Degree in HRM is an additional requirement.

Additional Requirements


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Admin & HR as Head of the Department in a renowned organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-leading capabilities.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken communication in both English and Bengali.
  • Experience in editorial work will be considered an additional advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Take initiatives to upgrade the HR & Admin departments of ICAB.
  • Oversee and control regular HR & Admin activities.
  • Be involved in recruitment, promotion, demotion, incentivization, and upgrading qualifications for various positions.
  • Upgrade organogram, KPI, JD, and other key areas of HRD.
  • Propose and take disciplinary actions against employees when required.
  • Use and monitor the operation of HR software and suggest further developments.
  • Monitor the lift operation, generator, and premises of CA Bhaban.
  • Oversee the functioning of the dispatch section of ICAB.
  • Negotiate and draft deeds and crucial letters for ICAB.
  • Handle correspondence with external organizations as assigned by ICAB authority.
  • Organize various official and cultural programs at ICAB.
  • Perform any other activity as assigned by the authority.
