• We seek a highly skilled Senior Digital Analytics Engineer to join our team. This position involves leading the implementation and management of advanced tracking solutions and digital analytics across multiple platforms. The role will utilize tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Server-Side Tracking to deliver comprehensive insights, improve data quality, and ensure privacy compliance.  
• Key Responsibilities: 
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) Implementation:   
• I’d like for you to oversee the setup and optimization of Client-Side and Server-Side GTM.  
•  Implement conversion tracking for Google Ads, Facebook CAPI, and third-party platforms.   
• Manage custom metrics, cross-domain tracking, and forms inside iFrames.   
• Integrate cookie consent solutions via OneTrust, Cookiebot, or other privacy platforms.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Configuration   
• Led the setup and maintenance of both Client-Side and Server-Side GA4.   
• Implement and manage custom events, dimensions, and metrics.  
•  Link GA4 with Google Search Console and Google Ads to facilitate robust reporting and conversion tracking.  
•  Provide guidance on GA4 usage, best practices, and new feature adoption. 
• Server-Side Tracking   
• Manage server-side tagging for enhanced data accuracy, privacy compliance, and improved event tracking.   
• Ensure longer cookie lifespans, event deduplication, and data stream consolidation. 
• Privacy and Cookie Consent Management  
• Implement and maintain privacy tools like OneTrust or CookieBot to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.   
• Lead efforts to implement user-friendly consent solutions for data tracking. 
• E-commerce and Lead Tracking   
• Develop and optimize tracking for e-commerce platforms, lead generation tools, and call tracking systems such as CallRail and Invoca. 
• Ensure accurate data capture for conversion and performance optimization. 
• Google and Microsoft Ads Tracking   
• Implement conversion tagging and remarketing solutions for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.   
• Assist with campaign setup, including enhanced conversions and cross-domain tracking. 
• Technical SEO Support   
• Conduct technical SEO audits, providing recommendations for structured data (JSON-LD) and page optimization.   
• Resolve performance and indexing issues in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. 
• Custom Pixel and Heat Mapping Tool Integration  
• Implement and troubleshoot custom tracking pixels for platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Facebook.   
• Assist with heat mapping tools such as Hotjar and Crazy Egg.
