• Visa and SOP Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the student visa process, including writing compelling Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and understanding the admission procedures of various universities.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with students and clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

• Counseling: Offer personalized counselling to assist students in selecting the most suitable courses and institutions based on their academic goals and preferences.

• Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit necessary documents for visa applications, including filling out forms accurately and maintaining organized files and records.

• Market Awareness: Stay informed about the admission policies and procedures of competitors, partners, and other universities to provide up-to-date advice and strategic insights.

• Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate workshops, support groups, and other events to educate and assist students and clients.

• Performance and Sales: Exhibit a proactive approach to customer service and sales, including cross-selling and following up with potential leads to achieve sales targets.

• Digital Marketing and Office Tools: Utilize digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office effectively to support responsibilities and enhance performance.

• End-to-End Support: Provide comprehensive support throughout the documentation and visa processing stages, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
