  • Preference will be given to candidates who are members of the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in typing both Bengali and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Overseeing the efficient execution of electrical tasks in alignment with the project’s work schedule.
  • Enhancing and refining existing electrical engineering procedures within the projects.
  • Ensuring the safety and technical integrity of electrical work through direct supervision.
  • Guiding engineers during construction phases, ensuring quality control of drawings and site execution.
  • Adhering to departmental design standards, procedures, and specifications.
  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure project delivery aligns with specifications.
  • Conducting regular site visits as required, submitting Site Visit Reports (SVR) to the Head of Department (HOD), and engaging in discussions to address on-site issues.
  • Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and project staff at various sites and the Head Office.
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD or Management as needed.
