Monitor network performance indicators such as bandwidth usage, uptime, and latency using tools like Zabbix, MRTG, and PRTG.
Diagnose and resolve issues in ISP networks, including problems related to routing, switching, fiber optics, and wireless systems, with a focus on MikroTik routers.
Set up and manage MikroTik devices (RB series and CCR) for functions such as NAT, BGP, MPLS, VPN, QoS, VLAN, and firewall configurations.
Coordinate with on-site/field teams for troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Liaise with NTT (network service providers or partners) for issue resolution and communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of network modifications, diagrams, incidents, and root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
Strong grasp of IP networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Knowledge and practical experience with routing protocols like OSPF and BGP.
Experience working with fiber and wireless technologies such as GPON, Point-to-Point (P2P), and Point-to-Multipoint (P2MP).
In-depth understanding of networking principles including the OSI model, VLSM, CIDR, NAT, and PAT.
Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and perform effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work night shifts within a 24/7 rotating schedule.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
