We are currently hiring for the position of Sr. Executive – Accounts at our Sreepur, Maowna factory to support our expanding operations.
Job Responsibilities
Daily Accounts Operations
Maintain the daily cash book and cheque register.
Manage day-to-day emergency cash transactions as directed by management.
Carry out banking activities, including deposits, withdrawals, and related documentation.
Assist in processing monthly salaries, allowances, and other factory-related disbursements.
Monitor receipts, payments, and inventory on a daily and monthly basis.
Forward daily financial documents and vouchers to the Head Office.
ERP & Finance Activities
Record and post daily petty cash vouchers in the ERP system.
Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to process vendor payments.
Prepare purchase order (PO) invoices for local factory purchases.
