The role of a Senior Executive - Accounts & Finance typically involves managing financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and providing support in various financial and accounting activities within an organization.
1. Check all bills regarding general ledgers and other relevant documents.
2. Process bills for payment in accordance with Company`s laid down policies, procedures, and guidelines.
3. Process accounting vouchers by providing proper coding and posting into the system.
4. Assist to prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.) of the company on a regular basis as desired by the supervisor.
5. Maintain proper filling and record of all transactions and statements of the company in a systematic manner.
6. Monitor deduction of VAT at source and deposit them to the government treasury on time;
7. Perform, review and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on the preparation of Accounts Reports considering VAT;
8. Prepare VAT challan; maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents;
9. Manage VAT provision and VAT compliance process;
10. Any other activities as & when asked by the Management.
