✔ Collect and review project-wise labor budgets and prepare accurate cost estimates aligned with approved BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
✔ Monitor project costs and financial performance, forecast closing margins, and calculate profitability based on project progress
✔ Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify cost overruns, inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations
✔ Prepare comprehensive monthly MIS reports comparing Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast for management review
✔ Perform sample-based labor audits, evaluate project execution, and analyze workforce capacity utilization
✔ Maintain accurate records of labor and material transactions to ensure financial transparency
✔ Manage salary allocation, overhead cost distribution, and shared cost allocation across projects
✔ Analyze labor cost per SFT (square feet) and overall project costing, especially in civil construction projects
✔ Track work-in-progress (WIP) bills and monitor billing status in comparison to actual project progress
