  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), in HRM from UGC approved institute. (Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM.)

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for some Potential Candidates for “Senior Exectuive/Assistant Manager-HR & Admin” position. It's for a reputed FMCG Industry. If you have at-least 5-6 years of experience in HR & Admin Operations (Factory, Compliance, Labor Law, Recruitment, Performance etc.) department then this is the perfect job for you!

• Responsible for managing HR operations for the company including manpower approval, selection, recruitment, staffing, and ensuring job descriptions for all.
• Responsible for Strategic HR planning, succession planning, and formulation of different HR policies aligned with the local laws and the organization's own code of conduct (COC).
• Organizing KPI procedures & assessing the performance of employees.
• Need to handle disciplinary matters, Grievances, and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement, etc.
• Require to maintain Leave Management, performance appraisal, reduce absenteeism, and enhance employee’s peace of mind.
• Responsible for Administration, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
• Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
• Assist with employee joining, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, and separation-related and settlement issues.
• Drafting office note, memo, office order & circular relating to HR & Administrative issues.
• Maintain office discipline and behavior as per company rules & Policy.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
• To maintain CV bank and employee's personal file with all related papers as updated.
• Conducts one-on-one reviews with all sales team member to provide insight for the improvement of their activity performance.
• Any other job assigns by the management from time to time.
