We are seeking a young, energetic, and goal-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive/Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate sector, with the ability to generate leads, drive sales, and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market real estate properties effectively to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Possess strong knowledge of the real estate and land development market trends in Bangladesh.
Take initiative and face challenges confidently to meet and exceed sales goals.
Lead, motivate, and guide team members to achieve collective sales objectives.
Plan and implement corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain a strong professional network to identify and engage potential clients.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure client satisfaction through effective relationship management.
Maintain accurate sales records and utilize computer-based tools for reporting and communication.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
