Configure, install, and manage a wide range of network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and core networking technologies such as routing, switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, tunneling, VLAN, STP, port configuration, SSL/TLS, SSH, Telnet, IP subnetting, OSI layers, NAT, PAT, and QoS.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain routers and switches using appropriate monitoring and security tools to ensure optimal performance and availability.

Diagnose, resolve, and effectively communicate network-related issues involving ISPs and partner organizations.

Conduct comprehensive performance and stability testing prior to the deployment or launch of any network device or service.

Provide Level-2 and Level-3 technical support, including advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation required for participation in network and surveillance-related tenders.

Deliver technical support for smart devices and solutions, such as smart switches, smart lighting systems, and other IoT-enabled technologies.

Coordinate with vendors and ISPs to ensure thorough product understanding, timely issue resolution, and uninterrupted service delivery.

Plan and conduct online and offline technical training sessions for large groups of participants.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
