Responsibilities & Context

Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive/Senior Executive for the Business Development Unit, Brand Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving membership growth, forging partnerships, and enhancing brand visibility for Vogue Lifestyle Lounge and Future Fitness. This individual will develop strategies to attract new clients, retain existing members, and foster relationships with corporate partners to achieve business goals. 
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase memberships and service utilization for both Vogue Lifestyle Lounge and Future Fitness.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Generate leads through corporate outreach, events, and community engagement activities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct client presentations and demonstrations to promote services.
Partnership Development:
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with corporate clients, wellness service providers, and influencers.
  • Manage collaborations for promotions and events to increase brand visibility.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct competitive analysis and keep abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights to senior management for product and service enhancements.
Sales & Reporting:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue forecasts, and client interactions.
Event Management:
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
