Monitor daily campaign performance and provide timely performance updates.
Communicate with vendors, media partners, and agencies for project execution and progress tracking.
Audit digital platforms (e.g., social media, website) to ensure campaign consistency and alignment.
Track campaign KPIs and prepare detailed post-campaign analysis reports with actionable insights.
Manage and grow the Club Card loyalty program by analyzing customer data to improve engagement, retention, and customer value.
Design and implement personalized communication strategies tailored to customer segments.

Negotiate and manage partnership relationships to ensure smooth execution and mutual benefit.
Monitor performance of partnership campaigns and propose future collaboration strategies.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Prepare dashboards and reports using advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUPs).
Translate data findings into clear summaries and presentations for internal teams.
Assist in developing the annual marketing plan, including campaign timelines, budgets, and branding initiatives.
Design and implement innovative marketing concepts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Review annual sales data, customer feedback, and campaign ROI to inform future marketing strategies.
Contribute to annual budgeting for the marketing department, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
