Additional Requirements
- Ability to efficiently operate and work with the company’s designated ERP system.
- Strong knowledge of air freight operations, booking procedures, shipment documentation, and coordination processes.
- Experience working with airlines, customers, vendors, buying houses, and overseas agents will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional approach.
- Candidates with previous experience in freight forwarding companies will receive priority during the CV screening process.
Responsibilities & Context

Manage customer communications and respond promptly to inquiries and service requests.

Provide air freight rates and coordinate booking arrangements with customers, shippers, and buying houses.

Collect, review, and verify shipment information and necessary documentation.

Liaise with vendors regarding customs clearance, shipment collection, and document updates.

Share booking and clearance instructions with the Air Operations team.

Track shipment status and follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments, airlines, vendors, and customers for smooth operations.

Deliver professional customer service and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and proper documentation of all assigned tasks.

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
