Responsible for overseeing and managing the dyeing processes carried out by subcontract factories, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
Coordination with subcontractors, monitoring production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and handling the logistics.
Maintain relationships with subcontractors and ensure the dyed fabrics meets the Buyers’ quality and delivery requirements.
Ensure that subcontract factories dyeing operations are adhered with color accuracy, fabric quality, and process standards.
Regularly visit subcontractor facilities to oversee dyeing operations and address any issues or delays that may arise.
Ensure that subcontract factories follow health, safety, and environmental regulations during the dyeing process.
Conduct quality inspections on dyed fabrics produced by subcontract factories to ensure they meet company standards for color consistency, fastness, and overall quality.
Implement quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the dyeing output from subcontractors.
Maintain accurate records of all subcontracted dyeing orders, including costs, quantities, timelines, and outcomes.
Document all dyeing specifications, processes, and agreements with subcontractors for future reference and audits.
Analyze dyeing processes and subcontractor performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and faster turnaround times.
