Responsibilities & Context
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs aimed at enhancing product knowledge, selling capabilities, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, customer relationship management, negotiation strategies, objection handling, and service excellence to strengthen team effectiveness.
- Assess training requirements through performance evaluations, field visits, competency assessments, and feedback analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Facilitate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for newly hired sales professionals to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Measure and analyze training outcomes using performance metrics, assessments, and feedback mechanisms, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Organize workshops, coaching programs, role-playing exercises, mentoring sessions, and refresher training initiatives to reinforce learning and skill development.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance improvement support to achieve business targets.
- Develop and update training manuals, presentation materials, learning resources, evaluation tools, and e-learning content to support organizational learning objectives.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and management teams to align training strategies with business goals, sales objectives, and organizational growth plans.
- Support talent development initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and recommending career development and succession planning opportunities.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, performance data, and training effectiveness documentation.
- Travel to branch offices, regional locations, and sales territories as required to conduct training programs, field coaching, and performance development activities.
