  • Applicants should have experience in quality management (Finishing) within a reputable woven denim bottom manufacturing factory.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenges.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Capability to work well in a team and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
  • A proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented team player.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail, and Internet browsing.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee garment quality assurance from the initial stages, starting with the garments received from sewing and washing, ensuring they meet buyer requirements.
  • Analyze counter sample comments and ensure garment quality aligns with the counter sample comments during bulk production.
  • Evaluate the first output garments and coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure correct quality and smooth production.
  • Inspect accessories and confirm that received trims match the approved trim card.
  • Ensure garment wash effects are in line with buyer requirements and approvals.
  • Follow up with the finishing quality team to maintain garment quality and coordinate with the production team to achieve better quality output and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that quality garments undergo final inspection before shipment, without requiring rework.
  • Be accountable for non-conforming goods and work towards reducing them gradually.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the QC team and top management.
  • Ensure safety measures are implemented for the workforce.
  • Maintain good industrial relations, take initiatives to improve worker retention, and reduce unauthorized absenteeism.
  • Follow up on sharp tools maintenance procedures and assist the production team in preventing non-compliances.
  • Perform additional duties as instructed by the authority.
