  • The applicants should have experience in the area of quality management (Finishing) in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
  • Ability to work under pressure & take challenges
  • Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship;
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;
  • Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure garment quality assurance from sewing to washing, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements.
  • Analyze counter sample comments and maintain bulk production quality in line with approved counter samples.
  • Evaluate first output garments and conduct quality meetings with production teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Inspect accessories and trims to verify compliance with approved trim cards.
  • Check garment wash effects to ensure they align with buyer approvals.
  • Monitor finishing quality teams to maintain high garment quality.
  • Oversee production processes to achieve superior quality output and timely delivery.
  • Ensure final inspection quality and minimize the need for rework before shipment.
  • Take responsibility for non-conforming goods and implement measures to reduce defects over time.
  • Coordinate between the QC team and top management to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure workplace safety measures for all employees.
  • Maintain good industrial relations and implement strategies to improve worker retention while reducing unauthorized absenteeism.
  • Supervise sharp tools maintenance procedures and collaborate with production teams to prevent non-compliance issues.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
