Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and HR database maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate attendance, leave records, and employee personal files in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare various HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, and separation letters.
  • Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from joining to exit.
  • Assist in payroll coordination by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Support performance management processes, including KPI/KRA tracking and monitoring.
  • Handle employee queries and facilitate smooth internal communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labour Law.
  • Prepare HR reports, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and assist HR leadership in HR analytics.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
