Education

• Knowing the working procedures of the section (SOP, Flow Chart, Policies) and update all team on Preparing Audit Report with necessary analysis and comparison.
• Expert in all kinds of Financial bill and voucher verification.
• Commercial activities monitoring like as Export, Import, bond, Duty, Logistics etc.
• To be performed Financial audit and MIS audit related activities.
• Preparing Inventory Report & Fixed Asset Audit report.
• Forensic and Special Audit as per HOD
• Perform pre-audit and post-audit of all different kinds of bill vouchers to ensure compliance with existing policies & management approval of respective concerns & All kind of local purchase bill voucher check and market rate verification.
• Checking the procurement and disbursement procedure of the respective areas.
• Checking the Banding Bill with physical verification.
• Prepares reports and preserves documentation pertaining to audits for internal records Conducts market surveys for price verification and report preparation.
• Physically confirm all personnel of factory level for salary payment.
• Check monthly Salary and wages sheet & Overtime and Compliance related activities audit and monitoring.
• To be checked all kinds of incentives, Festival bonuses, employee benefits, arrear or unpaid salary and wages, leaves encashment bill & TA/DA with records.
• Check new joining & migration workers' files Employees & workers attendance check & verification.
