We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Executive & IT Support Officer who can manage digital marketing activities while providing basic IT and technical support for daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital marketing, content creation, analytics, and basic IT infrastructure management.

🔹 Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook
  • Instagram

  • YouTube
  • Other digital advertising platforms
• Develop and implement effective:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • Email Marketing
  • Content Marketing strategies
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, website traffic, and lead generation initiatives

🔹 Content Creation & Multimedia Production

• Create, edit, and produce:
  • Promotional videos
  • Social media reels
  • Motion graphics
  • Marketing presentations
  • Static visual content and creatives
• Collaborate with management and relevant departments to develop engaging marketing materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels

🔹 Campaign Monitoring & Performance Analysis

🔹 Website Management

• Update website content, banners, product information, and company announcements
• Support basic website maintenance and content management activities
• Coordinate with developers or vendors when technical website issues arise

🔹 IT Support & Technical Operations

• Provide basic IT support for office hardware, software, and user-related issues
• Monitor and maintain:
  • CCTV systems
  • Computer hardware and peripherals
  • Networking equipment
  • Fingerprint attendance systems
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with vendors when necessary

🔹 Asset & Documentation Management

• Maintain proper inventory records for:

• Ensure accurate documentation of IT resources, maintenance activities, and support records

🔹 Administrative & Operational Support

• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks as required

🔹 Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Marketing
• Basic understanding of graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics tools
• Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)
• Basic knowledge of networking, CCTV systems, computer hardware, and IT troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
