- Screening criteria - NSU, east west, brac, and other reputed university.
- No national and public university
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with the steel and marble sectors is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
METSELL is a prominent provider of industrial equipment and spare parts for steel mills, along with premium-grade marbles, catering to clients across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Known for our commitment to innovation and client satisfaction, we are expanding our reach and are seeking three experienced and goal-oriented Senior Marketing and Sales Executives (Male) to join our team.
- Formulate and implement strategic marketing plans to accelerate sales in the industrial machinery and spare parts sectors.
- Proactively identify and connect with potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and relationship-building.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor actions to identify potential business growth areas.
- Work with the product team to ensure marketing efforts are in sync with product lines and business goals.
- Develop and present engaging presentations and proposals to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and ensure repeat sales.
- Track sales metrics and deliver performance reports to management, highlighting key results and insights for strategy refinement.
