• Coordinate and supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities throughout the factory.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during installation work.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance and repair activities for workshop equipment, machinery, and tools.
• Ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials for efficient workshop operations.
• Ensure compliance with electro-mechanical safety regulations and standards.
• Train and educate employees on mechanical safety protocols and procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement processes to minimize downtime.
• Prepare documentation and checklists for engineering-related audits conducted by buyers.
• Supervise mechanics, technicians, and all subordinate staff.
• Monitor and address workplace safety issues.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
