Additional Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll & HR operations.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills & emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.
- Proficiency in the use of HRIS/HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.
- Above-average technical know-how.
Responsibilities & Context
The Senior Executive – HR is responsible for overseeing core HR functions, including payroll management, attendance tracking, fostering company culture, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. The role demands a keen understanding of HR policies, employee engagement, and organizational objectives to drive efficient and effective HR operations.
- Maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process for the company.
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensuring that HR policies are adhered to and align with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Assisting with employee concerns, grievances, and general support to maintain positive workplace morale.
- Using HR software (e.g., HRIS) to streamline processes like attendance tracking, leave management, and employee performance.
- Generating reports related to attendance, turnover, performance metrics, and other HR-related data to assist in decision-making.
- Supporting initiatives like team-building activities, wellness programs, and surveys to keep employees engaged.
- Assisting in organizing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Ensure timely revocation of system access, return of company property, and completion of exit formalities.
- Foster a positive and engaging company culture by supporting initiatives that promote employee well-being and collaboration.
- Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing workplace morale, productivity, and retention.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Manage daily HR operations and ad-hoc communications.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager from time to time.
