  • Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company: Experience in direct sales, promotional strategies, and managing client relationships within a sales-driven environment.
  • Real Estate: Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, including property sales, leasing, and client management.
  • Group of Companies: Experience working within a group structure, handling inter-company coordination, and understanding the dynamics of managing multiple business units.
  • Interior Design: Expertise in design, planning, and execution of interior spaces, as well as understanding client requirements and trends in the design market.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Execution: Sell all products of Concord Real Estate & Building Products Limited through direct marketing, database marketing, and telemarketing efforts.
  • Client Interaction: Respond to client queries both in-office and over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Payment Collection: Collect booking money and down payments from new clients for transactions and property bookings.
  • Relationship Building: Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, cultivating potential future opportunities.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Meet prospective clients, promote ongoing and upcoming projects, and offer solutions based on client needs.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and ensure seamless service delivery, aiming for high client retention.
  • Data Management: Maintain a well-organized database of marketing information, monitor sales growth statistics, and compare sales performance month-over-month.
  • Financial Target Management: Ensure timely collection of payments and recovery of targets set by the company.
  • Strategy Development: Prepare effective sales and marketing strategies to improve overall business outcomes.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new clients and generate leads through various marketing channels.
  • Documentation: Prepare deed of agreements, issue letters, and ensure all documentation aligns with company policies.
