Responsibilities & Context

Outbound Calls:

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to designated contact lists such as directories and previously identified leads.
  • Meet a target of 50 calls per day.
Inbound Calls:
  • Handle 10–11 inbound calls daily from multiple communication channels.
Campaign Calls:
  • Manage campaign-related calls generated through promotions on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • WhatsApp Marketing:
  • Execute marketing initiatives and follow up on leads through WhatsApp.
Email Management:
  • Regularly monitor assigned email addresses for incoming inquiries, client communication, and leads.
  • Ensure timely responses to emails.
Website Email Monitoring:
  • Check emails generated from company websites to gather contact information and leads.
Contact Center Management:
  • Respond to live SMS and WhatsApp messages through the designated contact center platform.
  • Provide appropriate solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
Social Media Management:
  • Share posts daily on platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with the graphics and content teams to coordinate and schedule content.
Message and Comment Responses:
  • Reply promptly to messages and comments received on social media platforms.
Lead Management:
  • Collect, organize, and follow up on leads, ensuring proper assignment to the relevant teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client service.
Daily Task Management:
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Team Manager on a daily basis.
CRM Follow-Up:
  • Update and maintain the status of leads in the CRM system through regular follow-ups.
Profile and Material Distribution:
  • Distribute company profiles, brochures, and catalogs as required.
Contact List Calling:
  • Handle calling tasks for contact lists provided by other teams to support ongoing initiatives.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver excellent customer service and support lead management processes.
