We are seeking motivated, confident, and eloquent professionals to connect with clients, along with energetic individuals to join our Telesales Team as Sales Agents. If you are passionate about communication and turning opportunities into success, this role is ideal for you.
The selected candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, manage social media inquiries, and deliver exceptional client support.
Key Responsibilities:
Present the organization’s services to clients professionally and answer customer calls.
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through a target-oriented approach.
Handle customer inquiries via social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
Maintain accurate CRM records, leads, and follow-ups in collaboration with the sales team.
Keep detailed records of calls, messages, and client interactions.
Assist with order processing, customer follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement campaigns.
Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring accurate information and customer satisfaction.
Respond to client and technician inquiries and maintain proper documentation.
Demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Maintain a customer-focused approach while being hardworking, disciplined, and positive-minded.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance KPIs.
Work Schedule:
Shifts: 08:30 AM – 04:30 PM, 01:00 PM – 09:00 PM, and 09:00 PM onwards.
One day off per week as per schedule.
