• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications for a range of countries, including Canada, the USA, Australia, the UK, European countries, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and others based on client preferences.
• Monitor and manage the status of visa applications, ensuring timely follow-ups and providing clients with regular updates.
• Offer clear and accurate guidance to clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for various visa types, such as student visas, medical visas, tourist visas, and Hajj or Umrah visas.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
• Stay current with changes in visa regulations and procedures for different countries.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
