  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or content creation, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing brand communication plans and content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver content on time and within brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
 
 
Preferred Skills:
 
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, depending on the company’s focus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies, including blog management, email marketing, and video content production.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Responsibilities & Context

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Brand Communication will work closely with internal teams across various SBUs to understand their goals, challenges, and target audiences. You will be responsible for developing tailored brand communication strategies, creating compelling content, and ensuring the delivery of brand-aligned materials that drive engagement, support business objectives, and strengthen the overall brand image. Your role will bridge the gap between brand strategy and SBU-specific needs, ensuring that each business unit has the right tools to communicate effectively with their target market.



Brand Communication Development:
  • Collaborate with relevant internal teams, including product, sales, and other SBUs, to understand their goals, target audiences, and messaging requirements.
  • Develop brand communication plans for each SBU that align with the overarching brand strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Prepare compelling content that reflects the brand’s voice and resonates with each SBU’s target audience.
  • Oversee the development of various communication materials, including brochures, product descriptions, presentations, email campaigns, and social media content, tailored to each SBU’s needs.
  • Ensure all content produced is on-brand, aligns with the company’s overall marketing objectives, and supports the business goals of each SBU.
 
 
Content Preparation & Management:
  • Lead the creation of content for both digital and offline marketing channels, ensuring it is aligned with SBU objectives and the company’s brand identity.
  • Manage the content calendar for each SBU, ensuring timely delivery of assets that support service communications, product launches, promotional campaigns, and business initiatives.
  • Work with design, copywriting, and multimedia teams to develop high-quality content for all platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, print, and video.
  • Conduct content audits and identify opportunities for content repurposing across different channels for maximum impact.
  • Continuously monitor content performance and work with teams to optimize and refine communication strategies.
 
 
Collaboration & Coordination with SBUs:
  • Act as the key point of contact between the brand team and SBUs, ensuring alignment between brand guidelines and business unit-specific requirements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure the SBU’s unique needs are met while maintaining the integrity of the company’s brand.
  • Provide strategic guidance to SBUs on brand messaging, ensuring consistency in voice and tone across all touchpoints.
  • Collect feedback from SBUs on content effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly to meet evolving business needs.
 
 
Brand Tracking & Reporting:
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of communication strategies and content produced for SBUs through KPIs, engagement metrics, and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and present insights on the performance of brand campaigns and content initiatives for SBUs to senior management.
  • Use data and feedback to continually improve communication strategies and content creation for better alignment with business goals.
 
 
Brand Training & Support:
  • Educate internal teams and SBUs on brand guidelines, ensuring that all external and internal communications maintain the company’s brand integrity.
  • Offer guidance and training to SBU teams on how to use brand assets effectively in their marketing materials and campaigns.
