  • The applicants should have experience in IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Trading or Export/Import area.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of SMB-grade products such as Managed/Unmanaged switches, PoE switches, Enterprise Access Points, Radio devices, Managed Routers, and similar networking devices.
  • Identify and leverage new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers to drive business growth.
  • Enhance team performance by planning and delivering solutions, answering technical and procedural queries for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and providing mentorship.
  • Take responsibility for placing SMB Networking Solutions in corporate and channel business sectors.
  • Assist and support the Team Head in setting overall sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Support sales team members in preparing proposals and presentations for projects; attend customer meetings alongside sales staff and other team members to provide technical support.
  • Guide and motivate the sales department (Corporate + Channel) to achieve the goals outlined in the company’s strategic plan.
  • Lead one-on-one tender meetings to drive and achieve sales objectives.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients and system integrator (SI) partners to drive product sales.
  • Maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support, information, and guidance; identify and recommend new sales opportunities; suggest profit and service improvements.
  • Consistently meet sales targets on a quarterly basis, driving performance and results.
  • Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending product knowledge-sharing programs.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related sales results and collaborating effectively.
  • Responsible for prospecting, planning, delivering sales presentations, handling objections, and closing deals. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and competitive pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales activities, and reports submitted by the sales team. Prepare standardized business policies and strategies for the company and ensure their implementation and follow-up.
  • Conduct competitor brand analysis to identify opportunities for improving the positioning of the company’s brand.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Management.
