• Ensure that all processes, including SMV, are correctly included in the bulletin according to GSD standards.
• Participate in risk analysis and pre-production (PP) meetings to identify potential risks for new styles.
• Improve SMV through process enhancements, innovation, and updates to GSD.
• Define chassis and prepare the QCO plan.
• Prepare paper layouts and set up the production line according to the layout to optimize resources and efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure workload distribution in sewing is balanced and human resources are utilized effectively.
• Collaborate with the pre-production team to address and mitigate identified risks during the sample stage.
• Follow up on all bulk sewing methods during production to ensure consistency.
• Balance lines effectively to achieve or exceed the planned efficiency targets.
• Conduct skill tests for sewing operators and ironers according to the evaluation procedure and update the skill matrix accordingly.
• Implement and maintain EOS (End-of-Shift) processes.
• Communicate with relevant cross-functional teams to address corrective actions for any issues discovered in the above processes.
• Lead, motivate, train, and appraise subordinates to help achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, buyer requirements, and applicable laws.
• Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment, and performance evaluation processes (monthly touch base).
• Drive a KAIZEN culture to promote continuous improvement.
