    Agro-based firms (including Agro Processing, Seed, Genetically Modified crops)
    Science Laboratories

Responsibilities & Context

  • Perform routine physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, bulk products, finished products, stability studies, validation, complaint samples, and trace analysis.
  • Conduct sampling and analysis of all types of samples following the respective analytical SOPs, including tagging incoming raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Check the QC equipment logbook daily and ensure the QC laboratory is neat and clean.
  • Handle documentation such as STP, SOP, MOA, and specifications, and maintain records according to the ALCOA+ principle.
  • Maintain working standards and CRS.
  • Receive and record incoming bulk products, IPQC products, semi-finished products, and finished products in the receiving logbook.
  • Oversee the batch release process, including lab tests, sample registration, and lab analysis, through ERP.
