We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and creative Senior Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in apparel design, exceptional design skills, and the ability to contribute to the creation of innovative, market-leading apparel products.

• Lead the entire design process for seasonal collections, from concept development and sampling to the final product.
• Develop themes, gather inspiration, and create mood boards for upcoming collections.
• Produce detailed design specifications, including sketches, technical drawings, and material selection.
• Ensure seasonal design requirements are met, creating designs that align with both brand identity and market demands.
• Fully understand brand guidelines and translate them into compelling designs.
• Design a range of garments, from tops to bottoms, for men, women, and children.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend design requirements and product concepts.
• Participate in product development meetings to discuss design concepts, feasibility, and timelines.
• Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure product designs align with overall brand strategies.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the successful execution of designs.
• Source fabrics, accessories, and embellishments for new developments, as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and make necessary revisions to meet design standards.
• Prepare detailed trend analyses and forecast new styles.
• Create technical artwork, including specifications and information sheets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market research, and customer preferences.
• Handle any other relevant tasks as assigned by the line manager.
