  • Proven experience in Human Resources and related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations, workforce management, and office administration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and workforce monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR management software.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR, Administration, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Collect, review, and analyze daily employee work reports and prepare relevant insights and reports for management decision-making.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and manpower movement to support efficient workforce planning and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR databases, employee records, and personnel documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning activities, ensuring timely manpower deployment and adjustments as required.
  • Manage employee discipline, grievance handling, and workplace issue resolution in accordance with company policies and best HR practices.
  • Coordinate manpower allocation and resource balancing across different business units to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Prepare HR performance reports, manpower analyses, and management summary reports on a regular basis.
  • Assist in administrative and operational workflows to ensure overall organizational efficiency and business continuity.
  • Support office administration activities, including documentation management, vendor coordination, and employee support services.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Department on salary preparation, attendance verification, bill processing, vouchers, reimbursements, and other administrative financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Perform any other HR, Administration, or operational responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
