Responsibilities & Context
- Create innovative and practical interior design solutions for residential, commercial, corporate, and mixed-development projects while ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive design documentation, including space planning, floor layouts, furniture arrangements, reflected ceiling plans, electrical drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Generate high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, visual presentations, and design proposals to effectively communicate project concepts.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting solutions, fixtures, and decorative elements in line with project requirements and budget considerations.
- Prepare project specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost analyses, and material estimates to support efficient project planning and execution.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee interior fit-out activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, technical specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Track project milestones, monitor construction progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks according to project schedules.
- Identify and resolve design, technical, and implementation challenges while maintaining project quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all interior design projects are delivered within approved budgets, deadlines, and organizational standards.
- Stay informed about emerging interior design trends, sustainable design practices, innovative materials, smart technologies, and industry best practices to enhance project outcomes.
